FINAL FLOW THIS FRIDAY
Join us for an opportunity to connect before Kiara departs to the Bay Area for her next yoga venture. She will be leaving June 12th and would love to connect, say goodbyes, potluck, and to guide you through one last practice together.
Please bring food (labeled for allergies) and beverages (non alcoholic) to enjoy and connect with folks before we begin our practice. Show up anytime between 6-8pm to indulge/say goodbye.
There will be vendors offering tarot, cupping and massage! Come enjoy ✨✨✨ @highkeypriestess will be offering readings // @dr.avnidalal @jankidalal.ntmd will be offering donation based cupping // bodywork by @gghaazaal 💚💚💚
The Final Flow practice will begin at 8:30pm.
During the yoga practice we will connect to the mind, body and breathe through gentle movements and close with a supportive Yoga Nidra and Crystal sound bath.
You can prepare your sacred space on the mat with water, a journal, crystals, etc.
