Join me for a Full Moon Ceremony honoring the Full Moon in Aquarius Wednesday, August 10th at 7:00pm MST at Biophilia.

The Aquarius Full Moon will have an electric energy promoting change, shifts, and a new perception of necessary boundaries.

This Aquarius FULL MOON is illuminating the way we come together as a community to expand ourselves collectively (Aquarius energy) rather than focusing solely on the self (Leo Sun).

That is the beauty of the duality of the Sun & Moon. When the moon is full it brings awareness to the opposite of what the Sun has been evoking during Leo season.

During this ceremony we will take time to discuss the astrological aspects of this Full Moon. Going over any collective emotions, challenges, thoughts, observations and awarenesses that may be coming up for us at this time. We will place emphasis on community work, necessary change/boundaries, and collective energy as it pertains to Aquarius energy.

From there, you’ll be guided into a Reiki infused Cacao ceremony. The cacao will be reiki charged to activate the energy of our full moon intentions.

Followed by a community focused yoga flow connecting to the ways we want to utilize the energy of this Full Moon to build and expand together. Even during these challenging times we know and are reminded that we are never truly alone.

During our flow we’ll work together to release what is no longer serving you through asanas, breathwork and explorative questions.

The Full Moon in Aquarius is a great time to ask yourself:

• How do I choose to work with change?
• Are there boundaries in my life that need to be reset?
• What is something that once supported me but is no longer offering the support I need NOW?
• Where can I lean into community?
• How will I cultivate more community into all areas of my life?

Together we’ll close the evening with a supportive savasana and Crystal sound bath to seal in the intentions of what we’re letting go of and make space for what’s to come that better serves the state we’re presently in.

Please come ready to share, connect, reflect, and RELEASE. You can prepare your sacred space on the mat with water, a journal, grounding crystals, etc.
