Happy Full Moon and Happy New Year ✨

Join us for a Full Moon Ceremony honoring the Full Moon in Cancer Friday, January 6th at 6pm MST at Biophilia.

The Cancer Full Moon will be an emotionally invigorating time. Allowing us to integrate the emotions of beginning a brand new year and new chapter of our lives. We'll spend some time tending to the heart space, journaling, and finding emotional clarity.

During this Full Moon gathering we'll discuss the astrological aspects of the Cancer Full Moon going over any collective thoughts, insights, emotions, and downloads that may be coming up for us at this time.

From there, you’ll be guided into a Reiki infused cacao ceremony revolving around the energy of this full moon..

The watery/wavy yoga flow will allow us to connect to the ways we want to utilize the energy of this Full Moon with chances to pause, release, reflect and journal.

Together we’ll close with a supportive savasana and Crystal sound bath to seal in the intentions of what you’re releasing to make more space to connect to emotional clarity.

Please come ready to share, connect, reflect, and RELEASE. You can prepare your sacred space on the mat with water, a journal, crystals, etc. We will have a community alter so please bring items you'd like to place on the alter to charge the energy of your intentions. You can bring items such as crystals, loose stones, candles,  a container of water, etc. whatever resonates with you to charge and amplify the energy of the moon.
