Full Moon Yoga is back!

Join me for a Full Moon Ceremony honoring the Full Moon in Capricorn Tuesday, July 12th at 7:30pm MST at Biophilia.

The Capricorn Full Moon is full of energy to realign to your life’s work and the responsibility it takes to get there. 

This Capricorn FULL MOON is honoring the details of your life that are broadcasted to the outer world (10th house energy) rather than the emotional inner world of Cancer.

That is the beauty of the duality of the Sun/Moon.

Personally, this is a beautiful time for me to step back into my life’s work outwardly with you all. Shining the light on the things I’ve learned and encountered over the last few months of being away (in my crab shell).

During this ceremony we will take time to discuss the astrological aspects of this Full Moon. Going over any collective feelings, emotions, thoughts, observations and aspirations that may be coming up for us at this time. We will place  a lot of focus on our life’s  work, goals, and execution as it pertains to Capricorn energy.

From there, you’ll be guided into a grounding Reiki infused Cacao ceremony. The cacao will be reiki charged to activate the energy of our full moon intentions.

Followed by a grounding/stabilizing yoga flow connecting to the ways we want to utilize the grounding earth sign energy of Capricorn (all levels flow with an emphasis on longer holds).

During our flow we’ll work together to release what is no longer serving you through asanas, breathwork and explorative questions.

The Full Moon in Capricorn is a great time to ask yourself:

• What outcomes have I been trying to control?
• Where can I lean in and trust the process?
• What is no longer working for me as I journey into my life’s work?
• Where can I sharpen and further develop my skills?
• What will it take for me to climb to the top of my aspirations? (Capricorn mountain goat style)

Together we’ll close the evening with a juicy savasana and Crystal sound bath to seal in our intentions and ground our spirit into what’s to come after we’ve released and made space for new blessings.

Please come ready to share, reflect, and RELEASE. You can prepare your sacred space on the mat with water, a journal, grounding crystals, etc.
