Join us for Lovers + Friends Tuesday, February 14th at 8pm 💗

Lovers + Friends is an opportunity to find a deep intimate connection to SELF & to those you love and deeply care for.

Initiating the practice with SELF LOVE, before extending the love we created for ourselves to our LOVER or FRIEND.

The practice starts with a heartwarming/opening glass of Rose-infused CACAO. Rose is one of the highest vibrations in plant form, and helps you connect to the energy of LOVE and COMPASSION, connecting you deeply to Anahata (heart) Chakra.

You’ll feel your own body, breath and heart within your personal practice - before joining your LOVER + FRIEND on their mat.

Together we’ll practice EYE GAZING. Taking time to inch closer to your LOVER + FRIEND while looking into each other's eyes and feeling the energy of their essence as a reflection of your own.

From there, we’ll face back to back, connecting to the length of one another’s spine for some PARTNER BREATHWORK. Connecting through breath is a beautiful and intimate way to connect to others and tune into our own energy deeply.

We then use our vessels to help deepen each other in our PARTNER yoga practice. We’ll find gentle movements together while helping one another go deeper. Think of these asanas together as YIN style, holding longer shapes and reconnecting to breath. I’ll guide you through a few adjustments you can use at the end to help support your LOVER/FRIEND to relax into savasana.

Before settling into savasana + sound healing, we’ll take some time to write a short love letter to ourselves expressing the fullest capacity of love for SELF, then write to our loved ones what we experienced and how we’d like to continue to grow/deepen our connection.

Please keep in mind the two who join can be LOVERS, FRIENDS, FAMILY, etc. This does not only apply to romantic couples. This is simply a way to connect deeper with anyone you love and want to express that connection. Doors open at 7:45pm and the event will start at 8pm.
