Sunday Alignment is designed to help you recharge, release and align. We will open and share as a community, meditate, flow, breathe, and receive. During the yoga flow you will receive a mini reiki alignment and we’ll end with a juicy sound bath.

Please wear your mask, keep a good amount of distance and use best judgment practices. Bring a mat, water and blanket for your use.
