VISHUDDHA CHAKRA;

Chakras are the energy centers that help to regulate mind, body, and spirit. The 7 chakras are positioned throughout your body, from the base of your spine to the crown of your head each having its own vibrational frequency, color, sound, etc. The term "Chakra" means "WHEEL" and can be thought of as the energetic wheels of our bodies/spirit that need to be attuned and aligned to move with the flow that is LIFE.

The THROAT CHAKRA, located right in the center of the throat is associated with the color BLUE and the ether. You can conceptualize it as a spaciousness around your throat and neck through which profound spiritual truths can flow. This energy center is associated with your voice. It relates to your ability to speak your truth, express ideas clearly, truthfully, and gracefully, and become harmoniously attuned to both inner and outer vibrations.

We will tap into how this awareness has shown up recently in our lives through explorative questions, reflection, and meditation followed by a movement series of compassionate asanas related to activating that deep love within.
