Service Description

Reiki is a Japanese healing technique for stress reduction and relaxation that promotes healing on a deep energetic level. A reiki session feels like a glowing radiance that flows through and around you. It treats the person as a whole including body, mind, emotions and spirit creating many beneficial shifts and feelings of peace, security, and wellbeing. Reiki works with the universal life force energy that surrounds all of us constantly. With a distance reiki session you will be able to connect to that channel of energy directly after being guided through a meditation and allowing yourself to fully receive. We’ll start the session with a chat/check in then move through a guided mediation to bring you deeper into your body and internal awareness. From there the distance reiki will be sent to you via Zoom. Afterwards, we’ll do a closing check in to see what you felt, experienced, and what to do moving forward.
